One card per service. Each card reads that service's own run reports straight from its storage bucket and turns them into a status: 🟢 RUNNING means a fresh report landed on schedule, 🔴 STOPPED means the newest report is overdue.

This hub is read-only — it never changes anything. To act on a service (arm/disarm, run now, pause), open that service's own monitor with its button.
